I am a firm believer in "pulling up", "the glass is half full", "don't borrow trouble", etc...and I think Thankful Thursday is a wonderful addition to that theory of thought!
Visit all of the other participants and consider participating yourself. You might just find your frame of mind changed for a few moments!
Today the focus is on what we are thankful for in the warm months of summer:
* BSP! (obvious first choice)
* King James and Prince Ethan because they have summer birthday's and who wouldn't be
thankful for these little cuties?!
*Sitting on our deck in the evening with a good book
*Nancy (because our friendship has really just blossomed over the summer and is such a blessing to
me!)
*No school! (Strange, I know, but when my girls got older, I LOVED having them home for the
summer)
*Flip flops!! (BIG shoe nut!)
*Grilling
Ok, you're next. Go on, you know you want to!

ahhhh sitting on the deck with a good book!! I so miss my deck and love to be outside with a good book!! not to mention that hubby and grand-kids definitely come at the top of the list...and wow...ME??? I would have named you too...amazing...but when God gives a gift it is ALWAYS good!!!! and I know you are a gift from God!! (oh...and one of these days...I am going to have a deck again!!)
oh yeah...and absolutely a shoe nut here...but NEVER flip-flops!! That thing between the toes has always hurt me!!
Aww that is so cute! The photo of th kid looking upside down. How silly and innocent kids are... makes it more even lovelier to be around them.
