UPDATE: Our nuclear garden!

I spent most of today processing the zucchini from the garden from just this past week. Here are the totals:
I baked 8 loaves of chocolate zucchini bread, 4 of which went into the freezer
I also froze 58 cups of shredded zucchini which also went into the freezer. Total cups of zucchini today: 66!! Allison, if I could figure out a way to get it to you, girl, it would be all yours!
Next up: After some research, we've decided to freeze spaghetti sauce as we have MANY tomato's on the vine. They will go to waste if we don't do something with them other than everyday use. This will have to be done during the constant explosion/process of zucchini AND Lindsay pulled a carrot today that looked PERFECT! It's as though God put a special touch on that tiny little garden. I'm reminded of the miracle of the loaves and the fishes in the Bible. We planted a tiny garden and God took it and ran!

Who doesn't enjoy fresh veggies from the garden? We planted a small garden in our backyard and, like everyone else, we hoped for some fresh veggies for a few weeks. Well we weren't prepared for how crazy this little garden went! These three were from today. These three were from the day before!
We're going to have Chocolate Zucchini bread for months!
